Have you ever been out and about and get hungry? Hangry even? The other night I found myself out late and hungry for healthy snacks nothing was around but a gas station. They had zero gluten-free or organic items. Luckily we were able to find a 24-7 grocery store open that we could snag a few items at. It got me thinking about how we should have a bag we can bring with us when we leave that has snacks in it for when times just like that happen. So below you will find snacks you can stock up on.

Ultimate Healthy Snacks To Have While Out and About: Crackers
These yummy crackers are so tasty and really hit the stop when your belly is hungry for healthy snacks. You truly wouldn’t be able to tell they are one of the good healthy snacks. With only 8 ingredients they really are good for just about anyone that needs a snack.

Chips
These chips are so so good you will want to eat the whole bag. You actually might eat the whole bag in one sitting. No judgment here. I may or may not have done that a time or ten myself. lol With only 5 ingredients you really can’t go wrong. This is one of our favorite healthy snacks.

Cookies
So I told you about getting a late night snack the other night. This was the box of cookies I got. They taste so good you would not know that it is one of many healthy snacks. With far fewer ingredients then normal cookies these will sure be a family favorite. You might want to buy a few of these they just may go fast.

Chocolate Bar
If you have ever tried Hu Kitchen chocolate you know this stuff is so good for healthy snacks and really the best. It has been getting harder and harder to find in whole foods and really anywhere but there actual website and Amazon.
Candy
Since we seem to be a sweet healthy snack train we should probably talk about candy because well we all crave it a time or two. Yum earth is a really good brand. The unreal brand has some really great chocolate that I can’t get enough of. These candies are really the best options for candies but your healthy snack that is sweet would be packing organic fruits all cut up and ready to go.

Sunflower Seeds
Not everybody processes nuts and seeds well so be sure to check and see how you feel after you eat them. Also the more you can get sprouted and dried seeds the better. This was all we could find when we were in need of some so this what we have for now.

Cashews
Of course, these should be sprouted and dried as well. You could always do that yourself if you had a dehydrator. These are yummy and a few seem to go along way. They aren’t as fun as some of the others but they will do for a healthy snack.
To sum this up: have a bag ready to go that is full of snacks you can eat while you are out and out. Have the bag include items like chips, crackers, cookies, chocolate, candy, seeds, and nuts. The chocolate and candy may have to be an afterthought so it doesn’t melt.

Those Siete chips are soo good and they also make tortillas! Some of my other go to snacks are RX bars, they only contain a handful of ingredients and I donβt usually even eat the whole bar…yummy and satisfying. I also love the Slique Bars from Young Living – so good and with all good ingredients.
There are good options out there, just have to look around. π
Yes, Sietes tortillas are so good. Everything they have is really good lol. O those sound great. Glad you have ones you love π
