
So there is a virus going around and you are wanting to protect yourself the best you can to not get it. Below you will find some of my top tips for keeping the virus away. Please note I am not a doctor and to seek medical attention when you feel it’s necessary.

How To Actually Protect Yourself From Any Virus – Elderberry
So if you are someone with a weakened immune system Elderberry for a virus is seriously your best friend. It’s so good for so many things. Plus the two I use just taste good. There are about a ton of ways you can get a good Elderberry syrup in your life. You can make it or you can buy it. To make it Danielle Walker has a great gummy recipe she uses in her cookbook. Otherwise, if you just want to buy it the two cleanest versions are Organic Olivias and Seattle Elderberry. If it’s for people like your kids or husband who will only eat it if it tastes good and is a gummy this is a fav.

Drink Water
Now this one is good to do all the time even when there isn’t a virus. Like all the time all the time. If you find yourself not drinking enough water switch it up by adding some strawberries or some other fun fruit to your water. If you are wanting to clean up your water get a really good filter one like clearly filtered. We have the one that goes under our sink and that has been great if we need to move or travel to go with us. Feel free to just start where you are though if you don’t really have water in your everyday.

Get Some Sun
You are basically a plant and you need sun. Even during non virus times, you need sun. Start with at least 15 minutes a day and up it from there if you would like. Read a book while you are out there or even the bible. Take some deep breathes talk with God and just enjoy yourself. This is a time to relax and take all the loads off of you and give them to him. For the areas that are cold during the winter take your vitamin D.

Breathe
For the times you have done everything else there is to do just breathe. Pray the virus away from you and everything you know. Take a deep breath in for the count of 4, hold for 7, and breathe out for 8 seconds. Do this five times once an hour. You can always do it more it’d just a good practice to get into. Have a truth from the bible you speak over yourself as you are doing this.

Bone Broth
Of course, this one if my favorite. I could drink bone broth three times a day if our budget could make it happen. During times of virus, we for sure have it more than times when everyone is doing fine. We do about half a bag of Bonafide provisions in a pot, heat it up with 1 TBS of grass feed butter, and add pink salt. It tastes so good and is a great replacement for coffee or tea. You can get all of this at Wholefoods, Walmart, Kroger, and any local health store.
To sum this all up: get into God’s word and pray. Add elderberry into your day. Drink more water. Get some sun. Take a ton of deep breathes. Drink as much bone broth as you can.
