When it comes to graduation gifts we all have a million different ideas. Some are super practical and others are over the top. Either way, it’s something that the graduate will have forever. Below are items I got when I graduated high school that I have never forgotten and truly loved. I wanted to pass it unto you in hopes you can make someone days with these items.
12 Actually Easy Most Affordable Graduation Gifts Ideas: Kleenex
This one is probably super boring as a graduation gifts idea but will come in handy right when they need one. Even if there is someone who isn’t going to college that will still need kleenex and everything else below so go ahead and get them a box
Cleaning Wipes Target has a new line called Ever Spring and it’s natural cleaning products. Nope it’s not the cleanest thing on the market but it’s a better option and I feel better giving it. We need cleaning wipes in our life even if we just wipe the inside of our vehicle or desk. So if for sure fits in with graduation gift ideas.
Forks, Knives, & Spoons
You know as a college student they have zero time to clean utensils so let’s just be real and get them things they can use and throw away. Is this the healthiest option? Nope but we are not worried about being healthy in college so just get them what they want and need. You could totally get them a set of fork, spoons, and knives as well that they can wash. That would work just as well.
Trash bags are a perfect addition to graduation gifts. Let will totally need these and you are giving them a head start on things they need. I really can’t remember what size trash bags are in the dorms but things will work great no matter what. I mean at the end of the day they are college students they will make it work.
Let’s face it these will get used just for cleaning the dorm room. So they will probably be gone before the end of the first day. But they are super great for graduation gifts. Getting the cheap ones normally end up backfiring for us so we got the good ones.
I realize most of this has zero to do with living a holistic lifestyle. While I’m super into that lifestyle I realize most people are not. So when I get gifts I keep in mind the person I’m getting a gift for and find better things to get them. We need plastic cups so there is this for the graduation gifts.
FYI I don’t use dryer sheets. It hurt me deeply to buy them. You could buy them wool dryer balls. I know people are still using dryer sheets and they were the best option in getting people what they are already using.
I was really excited to see that Target had a better option for dish soap. It actually smelled pretty nice too. I’m sure it will get used just like everything else above.
I heard the other day people talking about on busy nights they use paper plates at there house. So if we are using them you better believe that college people are using them as well. They will get used I can promise you that.
Soap Dispensing Dish Brush
This dishwand is the best thing ever created. Since in college you clean your dishes in the bathroom sink this comes in handy. You just put dish soap in the handle and can scrub and clean the dishes at the same time. Then rinse and dry. All you have to do is change the head of it when the scrubber gets bad and move on. It’s actually perfect for everyone now that I think about it lol.
This laundry soap gives them a great start of 42 loads of laundry. We all have laundry so this is a much to get started and get them up and going.
Then you put all the items above in a laundry basket and hand them the gifts that way. Trust me it will be a gift they never forget. Plus add some treats they like and a card. I got these kinds of items when I graduated high school and it’s still a gift I have never forgotten.
To sum it up go to Target or Walmart grab a laundry basket and fill it with items that you know people in college will need. Add a treat and a card and you got an awesome gift.
